THE AIM OF THIS STUDY WAS TO EXAMINE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NORMATIVE PATHOLOGIES WITH JOB HAPPINESS. THE SAMPLES OF THIS STUDY WERE CHOSEN AMONG THE EMPLOYEES OF A PRIVATE ORGANIZATION IN TEHRAN AT WINTER 2013 AND 256 OF THEM WERE SELECTED USING SIMPLE RANDOM SAMPLING. RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS WERE THE JOB ALIENATION, ORGANIZATIONAL ANOMIE, NORMATIVE CONFLICT AND JOB HAPPINESS QUESTIONNAIRES. DATA WAS ANALYZED THROUGH PEARSON’S CORRELATION COEFFICIENT AND REGRESSION ANALYSIS (ENTER METHOD). THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT THERE IS A NEGATIVE SIGNIFICANT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK ALIENATION AND PSYCHOLOGICAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL HAPPINESS, BUT THERE IS A POSITIVE SIGNIFICANT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NORMATIVE CONFLICT AND ORGANIZATIONAL ANOMIE WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL HAPPINESS. RESULTS OF SIMULTANEOUS MULTIPLE REGRESSION ANALYSIS INDICATED THAT ALIENATION NEGATIVELY, BUT NORMATIVE CONFLICT AND ANOMIE POSITIVELY PREDICT PSYCHOLOGICAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL HAPPINESS. THE RESULTS OF CURRENT RESEARCH SHOWED THAT NORMATIVE PATHOLOGIES HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO COMMUNICATE WITH HAPPINESS.
